When you visit our Site to seek information on our B2B services, or access Viewpoint as a client user, we collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Viewpoint platform (viewpointclient.imedview.com, viewpointpanel.imedview.com and viewpointfacility.imedview.com), as well as any online features, services and/or programs offered by Imedview (collectively “Viewpoint”) is available to businesses and other organizations who decide to utilize Viewpoint as a secure portal for litigation support services. We collect and process information on our Viewpoint platform, including the personal information of client users and claimant related information, for the purposes of performing services for our clients as set forth in our customer agreements and orders.
In all instances, we collect and process personal or private information and retrieved records fairly and lawfully and in order to carry out our lawful business activities. When contacting us you may provide Imedview with personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, telephone number and email address. When purchasing services, Imedview may also require you to provide billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number for billing purposes. When receiving services, certain personal contact information is collected for purposes of communicating with you concerning your account and our services, and to provide technical or other customer support.
Clients may provide information regarding computer systems throughout the course of establishing access to and utilizing the Imedview’ services. We will collect and use such client data, including names of authorized users and email addresses, only for the purpose of providing or maintaining the services or addressing service or technical problems.
We also collect financial information, such as credit card or debit card numbers. All debit or credit card transactions are processed by our payment vendors. We do not collect, store or maintain any credit card or debit card information on or through our Site or in Viewpoint after the transaction is processed and verified. Instead, it is transiently collected, disclosed to and processed through these payment vendors using their platforms. We do not disclose your credit or debit card information to any vendors other than our payment vendors.
