We are a business-to-business provider of proprietary software, systems and services that collectively, and together with certain third-party products and services, provides to law firms, employers and other organizations litigation support services specializing in servicing liability, workers’ compensation and automotive claims.

When you visit our Site to seek information on our B2B services, or access Viewpoint as a client user, we collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who visit our Site or use Viewpoint as described in our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, process, use and disclose your personal information in connection with your use of our Site and Viewpoint platform, including when you communicate with us to request information as to our Viewpoint software, functionality and related services.

Our Viewpoint platform (, and, as well as any online features, services and/or programs offered by Imedview (collectively “Viewpoint”) is available to businesses and other organizations who decide to utilize Viewpoint as a secure portal for litigation support services. We collect and process information on our Viewpoint platform, including the personal information of client users and claimant related information, for the purposes of performing services for our clients as set forth in our customer agreements and orders.

In all instances, we collect and process personal or private information and retrieved records fairly and lawfully and in order to carry out our lawful business activities. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal or private information in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.


Updates and Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of our Site or Viewpoint or sending you an email notification). Collection Of Personal Information

Personal Information does not include publicly available information or information that is de-identified or aggregate consumer information.

  • when clients provide us with information to set up individual and organizational account access to Viewpoint

  • through information provided by third party vendors who analyze your usage of our Site and Viewpoint for our internal purposes.

We do not sell the personal information of our clients or visitors. We do not share your personal information with third party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of certain states’ laws (i.e., we do not target you with advertising based on personal information obtained by tracking your online usage across businesses, websites, applications or services, other than the Company’s website or services). With your consent, we may use your direct interactions with our Site or Viewpoint to send you information on Viewpoint and other litigation support services, including marketing information.


Personal Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. We collect information when you use our Site or Viewpoint, order Viewpoint or our other services, submit an IME/File Review Service Request Form, fill out our Contact form, call us on the phone or chat with us, create an online account in Viewpoint, sign up to receive our emails or newsletters, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

When contacting us you may provide Imedview with personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, telephone number and email address. When purchasing services, Imedview may also require you to provide billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number for billing purposes. When receiving services, certain personal contact information is collected for purposes of communicating with you concerning your account and our services, and to provide technical or other customer support.

Clients may provide information regarding computer systems throughout the course of establishing access to and utilizing the Imedview’ services. We will collect and use such client data, including names of authorized users and email addresses, only for the purpose of providing or maintaining the services or addressing service or technical problems.

We also collect financial information, such as credit card or debit card numbers. All debit or credit card transactions are processed by our payment vendors. We do not collect, store or maintain any credit card or debit card information on or through our Site or in Viewpoint after the transaction is processed and verified. Instead, it is transiently collected, disclosed to and processed through these payment vendors using their platforms. We do not disclose your credit or debit card information to any vendors other than our payment vendors.


Information We Collect Automatically.

In addition to personal information you choose to provide us, we and our service providers may use a variety of technologies to automatically collect certain usage information whenever you visit or interact with the Site or Viewpoint. Client Information

Imedview uses personal information of its clients and client users only for the purposes of executing agreed upon services. This may include but is not limited to:

  • Use of phone numbers or email addresses to contact client’s employees;
  • Setting up and monitoring account access;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues or other customer support; or
  • Use of credit card or other payment information to collect payments from its clients.

Imedview does not and will not sell, rent, or trade any personal information with third parties. In accordance with applicable local, state, or federal laws, Imedview will provide appropriate disclosure of personal information to law enforcement to comply with any judicial, administrative or similar proceeding or order or as otherwise required to comply with applicable law. Additionally, such disclosure may also be made to prevent damage or injury to us or others or to protect our rights.

Imedview will collect, process, use and disclose claimant information for the purposes of providing services to our clients and in accordance with applicable data protection law.


Release of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose personal information as follows: (i) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to, web hosting platforms, Information Technology and software providers, customer service providers, calendaring services, and shippers or direct mail organizations; (ii) in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation or to defend against legal claims; (iii) if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of us or any other organization; (iv) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company; or (v) with your consent or at your direction. How Long Do We Store Your Personal Information. 

We do not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary to fulfill the business purpose for which the information is being collected or processed or in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Personal information may be transferred and stored to servers and systems in the United States.

Imedview respects your requests to access and control your personal information, so we give you certain choices that you may exercise, including:
